Before you ask
What counts as a domain?
Each registrable domain you add — example.co.uk, example.com — uses one slot toward your plan limit. A subdomain you add and monitor on its own counts as a separate domain.
Do watched domains count, or only ones I manage?
Both. A managed domain gets the set-up wizard and alerts; a watched domain is read-only intelligence — a competitor or prospect you track and compare, with no set-up prompts. Either way it occupies one slot toward your limit, because either way we scan and store it.
Can I move up or down a tier?
Yes. Tell us and we change your plan; the new domain limit applies straight away and the change is reflected on your next invoice. There is no lock-in.
What happens at renewal?
Your plan renews for the same term — monthly or annual — unless you cancel before it renews. We invoice you, or take it by card if you have set that up. Nothing is deleted the day an invoice is due; there is a short grace period before a workspace goes read-only.
Is my DMARC report data shared with anyone?
No. Your reports, test messages and findings are stored per workspace and isolated from every other customer. We never pool your data across tenants, sell it, or use it to enrich anyone else. It is yours; we process it to show you who is sending as your domains.
